Our Springfield office is home to a team that brings decades of experience, deep community ties, and a genuine passion for getting insurance right. Kirk Reisner has been operating his own independent agency since 2005, and in 2021 he and Brandon Thompson joined forces to form Millennium Brokers Group LLC — building an agency where clients always come first and coverage is never one-size-fits-all.
Today, the MBG Springfield team is made up of specialists across every line of coverage. Jordan Lair is our licensed producing agent, with the expertise to shop multiple carriers and build personal lines coverage that fits your life and your budget. Heather Bates and Jill Lesh serve as our personal lines customer service representatives, making sure every client gets fast, friendly answers and the ongoing support they deserve. On the commercial side, Kirk Reisner brings over 20 years of independent agency experience to businesses of every size, and Jennessa Figinsky supports our commercial clients as a dedicated commercial CSR. Keeping it all running smoothly is Office Manager Kerri Reisner, who makes sure our team and our clients are always taken care of.

Kirk Reisner| CFO & Managing Partner
Kirk Reisner has called Springfield home since 1995, when he came to Missouri State University to study what would become his life's work — earning a Bachelor of Science in Insurance and Risk Management. It was also at MSU where he met his wife Kerri, and the two have built their lives and family here ever since.
Kirk began his insurance career as a claims adjuster with American National Insurance, giving him a ground-level understanding of what clients actually experience when they need their coverage most. In 2006, he opened his own American National captive agency before making the move to the independent side — founding Advisor Insurance Agency and becoming the first scratch agent in the Valley Insurance Agent Alliance (VIAA) in the state of Missouri. That milestone said everything about how Kirk approaches this business: build it right, from the ground up.
His commitment to professional excellence led him to earn his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2008, and his expertise in commercial insurance continues to be one of MBG's greatest strengths. In 2021, Kirk partnered with Brandon Thompson to form Millennium Brokers Group LLC, expanding the agency's reach while keeping the same independent, client-first values he started with.
Outside the office, Kirk is a proud father of three — one daughter who has launched her career while finishing college, and twins who are both seniors in high school. When he's not working, you'll likely find him on the lake or giving back through the Springfield Sertoma Club, where he's active in raising money for children's charities.
Jenessa Figinsky began her insurance career in 2019 with Farmers Insurance in Illinois before relocating to Missouri in 2021 — returning to the Springfield area where her family has lived for generations. In 2024, she joined the MBG team, bringing with her a passion for helping clients find the best coverage possible and a talent for building genuine, lasting relationships.
Jenessa is currently working toward her AILP insurance designation, reflecting her commitment to continuing education and serving her clients at the highest level.
Outside the office, she enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Ozarks — including local caves and parks like Busiek State Forest, which holds a very special place in her heart. You'll also find her spending time with her son and family around a bonfire, browsing antique and thrift shops, arranging flowers, and creating crafts and home décor. Jenessa is also deeply committed to her community, and especially loves volunteering and supporting local senior citizens.

Jordan Lair is a Springfield-area native with deep roots in the community he's proud to serve. A 2010 graduate of Spokane High School, Jordan spent eight years living in Dallas, TX, where he launched his insurance career in 2017 with State Farm. That experience gave him a strong foundation in personal lines and a clear sense of purpose — helping families understand their coverage and feel confident in the protection they have.
In 2021, Jordan made his way back home to the Rogersville area, and he hasn't looked back. Returning to his roots only deepened his commitment to building the kind of long-term client relationships that go beyond a policy renewal — the kind where people actually trust the person on the other end of the phone.
Outside the office, Jordan is a devoted husband and dad. He married his high school sweetheart in 2017, and together they're raising a son and a daughter — plus a full house that includes three dogs and two cats. Life is busy, loud, and exactly how he likes it.
When he's not helping clients, Jordan is watching sports, staying sharp on the basketball court, or unwinding with a good gaming session. He's the kind of person who works hard, shows up for his community, and genuinely enjoys getting to know the people he works with.

Karissa Waller
Karissa Waller has over two decades of experience in personal lines insurance, I've built a career rooted in real-world knowledge and genuine care for the people I serve. Licensed since 2004, I've worked across a wide range of roles — from representing Farmers agents and starting my career with GMAC (now National General) and Response Insurance, to working with an independent broker. At my peak, I was licensed in 48 states, giving me a broad understanding of how coverage works across the country.
But honestly? What shapes me most as an agent isn't just my resume — it's my life. I'm a mom of four boys, a fireman's wife, and a proud high school sweetheart who just celebrated 23 years of marriage this August. I have two sons in college, one in high school, and one in middle school, which means I know firsthand what it costs to insure teenage drivers, navigate life changes, and protect a busy, growing family on a real budget. I've lived the questions my clients ask me.
When I'm not talking insurance (which I genuinely love to do!), you'll find me hiking, catching a movie, cheering at my kids' games, or enjoying a night at the theater. I'm a proud old soul — Elvis is my all-time favorite, I could watch I Love Lucy on repeat, and nothing beats a good drive-in movie on a summer night. I also love serving at my church and playing board games with my family.

Heather Bates
Heather Bates brings a wealth of life experience and a genuine heart for people to everything she does. After a long and fulfilling career in healthcare, she made the natural transition into insurance — and over the past four years, she's found her calling in helping clients protect the people and things they love most.
What drives Heather has always been simple: people. Whether delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships, or fostering positive and supportive team environments, she leads with warmth and intention in everything she does. Her background in healthcare gave her a unique foundation — one built on compassion, trust, and truly listening to the person in front of her. Those same qualities define the way she serves her clients today.
A proud and longtime member of the local community, Heather had the joy of raising five children here — and today she's soaking up every moment as grandmother to twelve. She'll be the first to tell you that family is everything.
When she steps away from the office, you'll find Heather grounded in the things that matter most to her: her faith, her family, her friendships, and the great outdoors.

Jill Lesh
Jill Lesh joined the MBG team in August 2022, bringing with her 35 years of retail management experience and a passion for customer service. Transitioning into the insurance industry was a welcome change — one that allows her to connect with clients on a more personal level.
Jill primarily serves as our Requote Manager, helping current clients find better rates across our many carriers. She also assists with new client business and customer service, and takes pride in going the extra mile to ensure every client has the best coverage at the best rate.
Outside the office, Jill loves the outdoors and spends most summer weekends at the lake with her husband. She's also a proud new grandmother — or "Mimi" — and loves every chance she gets to spoil her little boy!
