Tyler Hunter
Licensed Producing Agent Oak Grove, Missouri
Tyler Hunter is an Oak Grove original. A 2018 Oak Grove High School graduate, Tyler went on to study at the University of Central Missouri before returning to the community he grew up in.
Tyler entered the insurance industry in 2022, spending his first three years with Farmers Insurance before joining MBG Insurance as a licensed producing agent. While Tyler continues to take great care of his auto and home clients, his strong focus is commercial insurance — helping local business owners with everything from general liability and commercial auto to workers' compensation. He recently completed the Valley Insurance Agency Alliance's producer boot camp, and he values the independence that comes with representing multiple carriers: real options for the contractors, shops, and small businesses he serves, rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.
Outside the office, Tyler is exactly where you'd expect an Oak Grove guy to be — outdoors with his wife and two boys, serving at his church, and supporting the local businesses that make this community what it is. For Tyler, building relationships with the people he grew up around isn't just part of the job. It's the best part.
Tyler is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Life and Health and is licensed in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Texas.
