Brandon Thompson is the CEO and co-founder of Millennium Brokers Group (MBG) Insurance, bringing a unique blend of education, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit to the insurance industry.
A proud Arkansas native, Brandon grew up in Pea Ridge and went on to earn a teaching degree from Arkansas State University, followed by a Master's degree in Administration. He began his career in education, teaching and coaching at several Missouri schools — an experience that sharpened his ability to lead, communicate, and build lasting relationships.
In 2017, Brandon channeled that drive into entrepreneurship, founding Millennium Brokers. Building on that success, he partnered with Kirk Reisner in 2021 to launch Millennium Brokers Group LLC (MBG Insurance), where he serves as CEO. In 2026, Brandon made the meaningful decision to return to his roots — relocating from Springfield, Missouri, back to Pea Ridge, Arkansas, to be closer to family and opening MBG Insurance's third location in Bentonville, AR.
Outside of work, Brandon is a devoted husband to his wife Kristyn — celebrating more than ten years of marriage — and a proud father of three. His personal values of family, community, and service are at the heart of everything he does.
